Letters of acceptance to full and partial master's degree and doctoral studies

Descargar versión en PDF

Most international mobility programmes offering grants require applicants to submit a letter of acceptance guaranteeing that the applicant will be able to enter the programme if they are awarded a grant.

These letters are issued by coordinators.

In order to make their work easier, we have prepared four sample letters of acceptance (in Spanish and English) both for full and partial master's degree and doctoral studies.

In certain cases, the sample letter of acceptance is provided by the body or project that offers the grants.

A signed letter of acceptance implies the coordinator and the institution's agreement to admit the candidate if the grant he/she has applied for is awarded.

Therefore, coordinators will request candidates to provide them with all the information and supporting documents that they may deem necessary. Personal interviews via Skype or any other communication channel may also be conducted.

For any questions on entry requirements, please contact the International School for Postgraduate Studies (EIP): epinternacional@ugr.es.

Important Update: As of November 2022, the pre-admission letters have been updated to editable PDF format. In order to modify its content, use a compatible PDF reader such as Google Chrome, Firefox or Adobe Acrobat.
