You can apply for a certificate of studies either in person or through the UGR e-Administration Platform (never by email).
Electronic official academic transcript - Application
Once the application has been submitted, all notifications of the procedure (e.g. availability of the payment form or the electronically signed certificate) will be made via the Hermes platform: https://hermes.ugr.es/Hermes/. On Hermes, go to “Bandeja de entrada de Notificaciones y/o Comunicaciones” (Notifications and/or Communications Inbox).
Keep in mind that, for the purposes of calculating the corresponding fees, the official academic transcript is understood to be the one issued by the International School for Postgraduate Studies (EIP), which includes the grades you have obtained in the studies that you are taking or have already completed. Fees are established annually by the Regional Ministry of Economy, Knowledge, Enterprise and Universities (CECEU) of Andalusia. You can consult the applicable fees for the current academic year by clicking on the following link: Fees
Once the payment form is available, you can pay by printing it and going to a partner bank (preferably Caixabank) or using your credit card. For the latter option, please access your “Acceso identificado” Student Account and go to “Mis pagos UGR > Otros pagos” (My UGR payments > Other payments). Keep in mind that if you make the payment by bank transfer, your certificate cannot be issued until the payment has been verified.
If you choose Caixabank, you can make the payment by bank transfer to the account indicated in the payment form (ES66 2038 3505 3564 0001 3047). Once you have done this, please upload the proof of payment to the Hermes platform.
Once the proof of payment has been verified, your electronically signed certificate will be issued and made available for download via the Hermes platform.
If you wish to collect your certificate in person, you will be required to present a document proving your identity. If the person collecting the certificate is not the student, this person must bring: (i) a document proving their own identity, (ii) a copy of the student's ID card, and (iii) written authorisation from the student.
If you wish to apply for a certificate that is not listed on the UGR e-Administration Platform, you can request it using the following form:
