This procedure is designed for visiting doctoral students who are not participating in mobility programmes (Erasmus+ KA131; ICM KA171) Students participating in Erasmus+ Traineeship/Internship mobility programmes must also follow this procedure
# Students should send the following documents to epinternacional@ugr.es:
1. Copy of your Passport or identity card.
2. Doctoral programme regitration form for visiting researchers duly signed by all parts.

According to the UGR international mobility regulation, all the incoming students must have:
• Health insurance.
• Travel insurance.

For stays beginning on or after 1st January 2026, and once we have completed your enrolment, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment letter with the following fees:
• Opening of Academic Record: €59.10
• Issuance of Identity Card: €5.70
Note: Students coming under the Erasmus+ Traineeship/Internship programme will be exempt from these payments.
Important: The UGR regulations on international student mobility state that “students hosted [at the UGR] will be obliged to be provided with health care insurance and travel assistance insurance.”
