This procedure is designed for visiting doctoral students who are not participating in mobility programmes (Erasmus+ KA131; ICM KA171) Students participating in Erasmus+ Traineeship/Internship mobility programmes must also follow this procedure

• STUDENTS ON MOBILITY PROGRAMMES (Erasmus+ KA171) MUST FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES INDICATED BY THE INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS OFFICE.

# Students should send the following documents to epinternacional@ugr.es:

1. Copy of your Passport or identity card.

2. Doctoral programme regitration form for visiting researchers duly signed by all parts.

3. Signed declaration of responsibility.

Important: The UGR regulations on international student mobility state that “students hosted [at the UGR] will be obliged to be provided with health care insurance and travel assistance insurance.”
