These scholarships are called yearly by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training. They are called along with the general scholarships of those undertaking their studies in their own Autonomous Community and the mobility scholarships for those undertaking their studies in an Autonomous Community different to their family address. The applicants must fill in their request via the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training webpage.

FPI Staff contracts
a) The University of Granada has a Scholarship Plan aimed to complement the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, the Regional Government of Andalusia, and other public or private entities scholarships.
b) The University of Granada likewise has its own Research Plan and FPU scholarships, in order to complement the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training FPU Staff Contracts.

The TALENTIA Fellowships Programme constitutes a set of scholarships managed by the Regional Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment aimed at university graduates to complete postgraduate studies at any non-Spanish university. The programme is managed by the Andalusian Knowledge Agency (AAC).
The Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation (MAEC) and the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) scholarships are aimed at young non-Spanish university graduates.
The AUIP is an international nongovernmental entity acknowledged by the UNESCO, devoted to promoting postgraduate and doctoral studies in Ibero-America.

The Commission for Cultural, Educational and Scientific Exchange between Spain and the united States of America aims to grant Fullbright scholarships to those university graduates who want to study, research or teach in the United States if they are Spanish or in Spain if they are Americans.
Carolina Foundation is a public-private institution that promotes cultural relations and cooperation in teaching and scientific areas between Spain and the countries members of the Ibero-American Summit of Nations. It has a scholarship programme for postgraduate and doctoral studies, short postdoctoral research stays, and continuing education and training. The later is open to Latin American and Spanish applicants.
In order to achieve the excellence in the research are, the “Ramón Areces” Foundation provides a scholarship programme for the completion of further studies abroad, permitting the formation of Spanish graduates in the main research centres of the world.
