Mobility agreements (students and teachers) universities of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA)

The coordinators of the doctoral and master's programs may propose the signing of agreements with other EHEA universities in which programs of interest in their field are developed.

European institutions with which it is possible to sign Erasmus agreements

The coordinators, after consulting with the coordinator at the destination university, will indicate:

  • The number of mobility places for students and/or teachers.
  • The duration of the stays (for students a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months). The duration of the stays has to be the actual duration, it is not a maximum.
  • The requirements/recommendations on linguistic competence.
  • Master's/PhD at the destination university.
  • The contact details of the coordinator at the destination university.

In the event that the mobility is carried out for the research period of the TFM or at the doctoral level, it is important that there is prior collaboration with the research groups that the student can join during their stay and that the tutor at the destination university is informed.

  • Proposal for an Erasmus mobility agreement for the International Graduate School: epinternacional@ugr.es
  • Dates: any time.
  • Erasmus + Agreement in .docx format or in fillable PDF format

The management of the call corresponds to the Office of the Vice President for Internationalization. This call is usually published during the second fortnight of October of the course in which the mobility is carried out.

Mobility agreements (students and faculty) with other universities

In the case of universities that have not signed the Erasmus charter, agreements can be proposed that involve the mobility of students and teaching staff. For this, there must be a framework agreement between the universities, subsequently signing a specific agreement. These agreements will be managed together with the Office of the Vice President for Internationalization.

  • It is advisable to check if there is already an exchange agreement with the institution that includes mobility at the master's level. If so, the feasibility would be analyzed after contacting the partners:

  • If there is no mobility agreement with the institution, an agreement can be proposed. It is advisable to check if there is already a framework agreement with the institution.

  • Funding for this type of mobility, once the agreement is signed by both parties, could be requested within the calls of the Own Internationalization Plan.
