On Monday, November 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., the INFORMATION DAY ON INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY IN POSTGRADUATE STUDIES was held addressed to Postgraduate students (Master's and Doctorate) of the UGR interested in carrying out an international mobility stay in the academic year 2022-2023. The Conference, organized by the Internationalization Area of the EIP of the University of Granada -dependent on the Vice-Rectorate for Teaching and Learning-, had the participation of the Director of Internationalization of the EIP, Dr. Francisca Serrano; the coordinator of Mobility of the EIP, Dr. Leandro Di Stasi; the Section Chief of the PhD area of ​​the EIP, Mrs. Encarnación Garrido Treviño, the Head of Mobility Management (Outgoing) of the EIP, Mr. José Miguel Lopez Lopez; The person in charge of mobility (Incoming) of the EIP, Mrs. Carmen Rubio Romero; and more than 150 students of different masters and doctoral programs.

When are the calls published?The Office of the Vice-Rector for Internationalisation has a guidance calendar for all calls for international mobility.
What requirements must I meet to be able to carry out an international mobility? Each call establishes general requirements (usually credits enrolled/passed) and specific ones for each place requested (for example language level).
How do I fill the Erasmus+: Erasmus application?The request is made in the Acceso Identificado, in the Exchange Program Portal
What scholarships or grants do these mobilities offer? Each mobility programme has funding which is detailed in its respective call. The Vice-Rectorate for Internationalisation publishes information on Erasmus aid here
Where do I have to register? You must enroll at the University of Granada and the University of Destination. At the University of Granada, the enrolment will be carried out through the “Self-enrolment” system within the period provided for this purpose for exchange students (Check the Resolution of the Rectorate by which the rules for the formalization of the registration corresponding to the 2021/2022 academic year are dictated). In the host University, you will enroll in the subjects that appear in the academic agreement, within the deadlines and according to the procedure indicated by said University. Public prices are only paid at the University of Granada.
Who makes my nomination? The International Area of the International Postgraduate School is responsible for nominating Erasmus students (European destinations) and the Europe-Switzerland program to the host university, that is, informing by the means indicated by the host university that our students have been selected to carry out the exchange. For the rest of the mobility programs, it will be the Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization who will carry out this procedure.
Once selected, how do I make my Learning Agreement?An agreement must be reached with the Mobility Coordinators of the Universities of origin and destination. Once agreed, it will be completed and signed by the student, and must be sent in PDF format to the email epinternacional@ugr.es and wait for it to be returned signed by the Director of Internationalization for the subsequent signature of the host University. Once completed, it must be sent to the previous email.
I have to modify my Learning Agreement, how do I do it? There is a period of one month from the arrival at the destination University to make the necessary modifications. The agreement modification form must be completed and signed, sent to epinternacional@ugr.es to be signed by the Director of Internationalization and wait for it to be returned for the subsequent signature of the host University. Once completed, it must be sent to the previous email.
Can I extend or reduce my stay?For Erasmus+ scholarship holders, information on extending or reducing the stay can be found here.
How do I deliver my certificate of arrival and end of stay?The certificate of arrival must be sent within 10 days of arrival at the host institution. It is delivered here. Upon returning from the mobility stay, the student must deliver the original Certificate of end of stay at the Central Office (Triunfo) or by the online procedure the scanned certificate in pdf format. For NON-ERASMUS mobility, it is delivered here.
Once my mobility is completed, how is the recognition of studies completed at the destination University done? At the end of the stay, the host University will automatically send a Certificate of Qualifications and the recognition of credits will be made ex officio (without request by the student), taking into account the Academic Agreement and the results obtained.
